Driver Portal Team brings drivers and dispatchers into the existing courier portal. The registered courier partner accepts x25pronto assignments and can then distribute accepted work internally. Every person uses an individual account, so roles, vehicles and assignments remain clearly separated.

Small businesses can start with Team 5, while larger organisations can use up to 100 seats. The owner counts as one seat. Dispatchers can distribute accepted assignments but do not receive access to bank data, billing or contract settings. Drivers only see work assigned to them.

Workflow

The courier partner decides who drives and remains responsible for the team, vehicles and execution. Billing with x25pronto also remains with the registered courier partner.

Drivers can be invited and later deactivated. Roles and vehicle permissions are managed centrally in the existing driver portal, without a second main account.
