x25pronto.ch can transport certain small pharmacy shipments. Medical, refrigerated, controlled or otherwise regulated contents are not automatically treated as standard shipments.

Standard transport only when requirements fit.

For a normal courier trip, the shipment must be securely packed, clearly identified and transportable without special temperature control or other specialist logistics. Suitability depends on the contents.

If refrigeration, continuous temperature documentation, special permits or other medical requirements are needed, the transport must be clarified explicitly before booking.

Contents and requirements must be clear before transport.

Secure packaging

Packaging must suit the goods and transport in a passenger car.

No assumptions

A shipment is not booked by default when regulatory or medical requirements are unclear.

Check medical contents first.

Use the calculator only once it is clear that the contents can be transported as a normal small courier shipment. If unsure, email a short description of the goods and required conditions to info@x25pronto.ch before booking.

Prepare a pharmacy shipment

Check that the courier can accept your shipment before booking.

Describe the contents State what needs collecting. The pharmacy name alone does not describe the shipment.

Check cooling needs Does it need cooling? Ask before booking. An ordinary courier trip does not automatically include refrigerated transport.

Pack securely Seal the accepted shipment. Label it with the details needed for delivery.

Arrange collection Name a contact at the pharmacy. Have the goods ready at collection time.

Confirm receipt Agree who will receive the shipment. Check the receiving location’s opening hours.
