Independent

You operate on your own account, organise assignments independently and bear your business risk.

Swiss company

The business has a registered office in Switzerland and a verifiable legal form.

Verifiable UID

An active Swiss UID in the format CHE-123.456.789 is entered and checked during the application.

Commercial register

A current Swiss commercial-register entry must clearly match the stated company.

Verification: UID Register and Zefix.

Cooperation

Working under the x25pronto Switzerland service identity.

Responsibilities, quality standards and protection of the customer relationship are stated transparently in the B2B agreement before the first assignment.

Customer-facing service

Accepted assignments are performed in the name and to the service standards of x25pronto Switzerland, giving customers one clear and reliable experience.

Independent business

Your company remains legally and economically independent. Vehicle, insurance, taxes and business organisation remain your responsibility.

Customer and trust protection

Assignment data remain confidential. Solicitation, circumvention or private side agreements with customers introduced by x25pronto are contractually excluded.

All terms are disclosed in full before signature. The goal is a fair, long-term partnership.
