1. Provider and scope
These terms govern courier and overnight services offered by x25pronto.ch, operated by Management Consulting Mayr, Waldaustrasse 2, 9500 Wil SG, Switzerland. Customer terms apply only when expressly accepted in writing.
2. Service
x25pronto.ch provides focused transport for small, car-compatible shipments, including direct trips and, where suitable and available, overnight trips. There is no automatic entitlement to acceptance or capacity.
3. Order and contract flow
The online calculator is a preliminary price and feasibility check. The customer then enters contact and shipment data and receives a review before the final step. Entries can be corrected there. The order is submitted by the final booking step. x25pronto.ch may reject an order if capacity, route, contents, packaging or legal requirements are unsuitable.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in Swiss francs. The amount displayed before completion is based on the entered data and calculated route. Incorrect, incomplete or subsequently changed information may require recalculation or rejection. Where online payment is enabled, Stripe may be used.
5. Customer duties
Customers must accurately state contents, weight, dimensions, special properties, pickup/delivery contacts and timing requirements. Shipments must be properly packaged, closed, leak-proof and suitable for the vehicle. Required permissions and information must be provided in time.
6. Excluded shipments
Excluded are in particular dangerous, prohibited or inadequately declared goods, unlawful contents, leaking liquids, pallets, bulky goods, goods beyond operating weight/size limits and items with special cooling, security, permit or medical-logistics requirements unless expressly confirmed in advance.
7. Pickup and delivery
Unless expressly confirmed as binding, pickup and delivery times are target or planning times. Traffic, weather, accidents, public-authority measures, waiting times or other events outside reasonable control may cause delays. The customer must ensure an authorised contact is available at both ends.
8. Overnight
Overnight is regularly intended for pickups Monday to Thursday. Public holidays, weekends, special delivery windows and long or economically unsuitable routes require separate confirmation. A requested pickup time is not yet guaranteed acceptance.
9. Changes and cancellations
Changes after order submission are possible only while operationally feasible. Costs already incurred for approach, waiting, third parties or payment processing may be charged. Specific cancellation terms may be set in a confirmation or separate B2B agreement.
10. Liability
x25pronto.ch is liable within mandatory statutory requirements. To the extent permitted by law, liability is excluded for damage caused by incorrect declaration, unsuitable packaging, prohibited contents, undisclosed special properties or unavailable recipients. Special value or insurance requirements must be agreed before order placement.
11. Complaints
Visible damage or discrepancies should be documented and reported immediately at handover. Other complaints should be submitted as soon as possible with booking number and meaningful evidence to info@x25lab.com.
12. Privacy
Personal data is processed under the separate privacy notice. Specialist processors may be used for payments, infrastructure and communication.
13. Law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. Mandatory statutory jurisdictions remain reserved. Where a jurisdiction clause is permitted, the provider’s registered location is intended as the place of jurisdiction.
14. Final provisions
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective. The version published at the time of ordering applies unless an individual agreement takes precedence.
