How the service is structured.

A focused service needs understandable limits. That makes it quicker to determine whether x25pronto.ch genuinely fits a specific shipment.

What affects the calculation

Route, minimum charge, weight class, direct/express, time window and, if selected, the overnight pricing logic.

Why there is no rigid zone grid

Wil SG is the base, but an actual route is more meaningful than artificial city rings. The distance is therefore calculated server-side.

Guide price and booking

The calculation reflects the data entered. Route and amount are shown again before completion; unsuitable or incorrect details can be rejected.

Business arrangements

Recurring routes or special processes can be discussed separately. An online guide price does not replace an individual framework agreement.

Binding process

The online calculator is the preliminary check. The booking dialog then summarises route, guide price and customer data so entry errors can be corrected before binding completion.

Weight & surcharges

Up to 35 kg – with a clear weight structure.

The route-based calculation stays unchanged. Heavier small shipments receive a defined surcharge on top of the calculated guide price.

Minimum CHF 39.–, base CHF 22.– plus CHF 2.05 per loaded kilometre. Overnight continues to use the configured overnight factor plus handling. All parameters remain configurable through the environment.
