A small or medium move does not always need a large truck. If the goods fit in a car, van or Van XL, the trip can be planned directly. Complete addresses, a realistic time and a clear description of the load are important.

Pack boxes and loose items before pickup. Heavy or bulky items must be prepared so they can be loaded safely into the selected vehicle. If stairs, tight access or unusually heavy pieces are involved, check first whether the normal transport process is suitable.

Use only the space you need.

Small loads may fit in a car. Vans and Van XL are available for more volume. The weight class in the calculator helps select the right category.

The planned weight range goes up to 1,000 kg. This does not mean every item automatically fits. Dimensions, shape, loading opening and safe securing also matter. Large items should be described clearly when there is doubt.

The moving goods stay in the assigned vehicle and travel from pickup to destination without a parcel depot.

Choose an available pickup time and suitable requested delivery. Route duration is included in the timing logic.

1. Check the load

List larger items and roughly count the boxes. This makes vehicle choice easier.

2. Pack safely

Protect edges, glass and sensitive equipment. Loose parts should not move freely in the vehicle.

3. Keep access clear

Have the goods ready at pickup. Clear access at the destination also makes handover easier.

4. Use the full address

Street, house number, postcode and city must be correct. Add a short access note only when it is useful.
