Small parcel courier Switzerland: direct & overnight

A small parcel does not always need a parcel network. With a courier run, it is collected at a clear address. It then travels on the planned route to the destination.

In brief

Small parcel courier: when does it fit?

The word parcel does not determine acceptance. Size, weight and contents matter. The shipment must be safe to transport in a passenger car.

Close the box securely. Loose items should not move inside the parcel. Add clear labelling.

A small parcel should be securely closed and contain no loose parts. The address and contact should match the real handover point.

The shipment does not need to look like a standard parcel. What matters is that it is small, clean, safe and suitable for the vehicle. The parcel should be ready before the selected collection time.

What matters before the run

What matters before the run

x25pronto.ch is designed for suitable small shipments. Dangerous goods and unclear or strongly regulated contents are not automatically accepted. Acceptance must be clarified in advance when in doubt.

Direct and overnight

Direct and overnight

A direct run uses the real road travel time plus routing reserve and handover time. Pickup and requested delivery must both fit within the same calendar day; otherwise choose an earlier pickup time or Overnight. With Overnight, requested delivery is exclusively on the immediately following calendar day. Only released time windows apply; storage across additional days is not offered. The minimum lead time sets only the first bookable pickup day.

Frequently asked questions

Which shipments suit Small parcel courier?

Small, clean and safely packed shipments. Size, weight and contents must fit the vehicle and acceptance rules.

How do I know whether the time is possible?

Enter origin and destination first. The system calculates the route and then shows only available times that fit the trip.

How is the indicative price calculated?

The indicative price relates to the entered route and selected service. If these details change, the price is calculated again.

Can I choose direct or overnight service?

Yes, when both options are available for the route and timing. The options shown in the booking system are decisive.

Arrange a small parcel collection

Does your parcel need to go directly to an address? Prepare the box and arrange for someone to receive it.

Close the box Use a sturdy box. Seal it so nothing can fall out during handling.

Cushion the contents Fill empty spaces inside the box. Keep fragile items from knocking against each other.

Measure the parcel Measure and weigh the packed parcel. Include the box and cushioning.

Give the collection point State where the parcel will be ready. Add a short note if there are several entrances.

Plan the handover Tell the recipient to expect the parcel. A direct trip takes it to the destination without a parcel depot.
