Content, design and rights holders
Texts, selection, structure, design, software-related interface elements and original media on x25pronto.ch are created and maintained for Management Consulting Mayr. Where individual elements are protected by copyright, trade mark, design, database, unfair-competition or similar rights, those rights remain with Management Consulting Mayr or the respective identified rights holder. Uses permitted by mandatory law remain unaffected.
No implied licence
Public accessibility of a page does not grant a broader licence for commercial reproduction, systematic copying, republication, sublicensing or use of protected elements under another name. Use beyond statutory limits or expressly granted permissions requires prior approval.
Automated extraction and data collection
Systematic automated extraction or reuse of substantial protected content, structures or data sets for third-party commercial databases, services or training collections is permitted only where mandatory law allows it or Management Consulting Mayr has given prior approval. Technical protection, access-control and rate-limit measures must not be circumvented.
Marks and identifiers
“x25pronto”, x25pronto.ch, logos, design identifiers and related names must not be used to suggest a partnership, branch, authority, approval, endorsement or origin that does not exist. Courier partners do not receive a general authority or trade-mark licence beyond the specifically approved purposes of the cooperation.
Third-party material
OpenStreetMap data, third-party logos, integrated services and other third-party material remain subject to the notices, terms and licences of their respective rights holders. Mentioning or technically integrating such material does not transfer those rights to x25pronto or users.

Substantiated notices concerning use, trade marks or other rights may be sent to info@x25pronto.ch. Reasoned notices will be reviewed; no legal obligation or claim is acknowledged unless expressly confirmed.
