What fits the courier service.

Suitable shipments are compact, securely packed and have clearly describable contents. Typical examples include documents and files, spare parts, IT and electronics, keys, samples and other small goods.

Weight alone is not enough. Dimensions, packaging, value, sensitivity and legal requirements can affect whether a shipment can be accepted.

0–10 kg

Standard class for light documents, small goods and compact shipments.

11–50 kg

Additional weight classes up to the operational maximum of 50 kg.

Securely packed

The shipment must suit transport in a passenger car and be protected against normal transport movement.

Practical use

Describe the shipment correctly before booking.

Choose the appropriate shipment type and weight class in the calculator. For unusual, valuable, sensitive, medical or otherwise regulated contents, contact x25pronto.ch before completing the booking.

Small shipment, clear details

Documents, samples or small equipment: briefly describe what the courier should collect.

Describe the contents Write “product samples” or “packed equipment”. “Box” alone says little about the contents.

Keep parts together Put loose parts in closed bags or small boxes. Nothing should fall out of the packaging.

Count the packages State how many packages need collecting. Label those that belong together.

Check the weight Weigh the complete packed shipment. Even a small device may need a higher weight class.

Choose the timing Needed today? Check a direct trip. If tomorrow is soon enough, overnight may suit you.
