Standard ≤ 10 kg

Up to 10 kg is standard. 11–20 kg and 21–35 kg may be suitable depending on size, packaging and safe handling.

Suitable shipments

Documents, files, small spare parts, electronics, keys, samples, packaged small goods and selected pharmacy shipments.

Packaging

Shipments must be transport-ready, closed, leak-proof and adequately protected. Fragile goods require suitable cushioning.

Not suitable

Pallets, furniture, bulky goods, loose liquids, dangerous goods, unlawful contents and goods requiring special cooling, permits or security.

Weight and dimensions

Weight alone is not decisive. Dimensions, shape, handling and safe stowage in the vehicle also matter.
