What does x25pronto.ch transport?
Small, car-compatible shipments such as documents, files, small spare parts, IT/electronics, keys, samples, small goods and selected pharmacy shipments.
How heavy may a shipment be?
Up to 10 kg is standard. 11–20 kg and 21–35 kg may be suitable depending on size, packaging and safe handling. More than 35 kg is not intended in the standard service.
What does direct courier mean?
The booked shipment is transported from pickup to destination without a scheduled parcel depot or transhipment.
When is overnight available?
Regularly Monday to Thursday. The shipment is collected in the evening and planned for the next working day. Public holidays and exceptions require confirmation.
Is the online guide price guaranteed?
It is based on the data entered, calculated route and active pricing parameters. Incorrect information, unsuitable shipments or routing exceptions may require clarification.
When does the booking become binding?
You first review all details in the booking dialog. The order is created only after the final booking/payment step. Performance remains subject to acceptance, capacity and a permissible shipment.
Can I correct errors before completion?
Yes. A summary of route, price and contact details is shown before the final step. Use “Back and edit” to correct information.
Which goods are excluded?
Dangerous goods, unlawful contents, bulky items, pallets, inadequately packaged goods and shipments with specialist requirements x25pronto.ch cannot meet.
Are refrigerated transports available?
Not as a standard service. Temperature-controlled or specially regulated medical transport may only be offered if the required infrastructure and legal basis actually exist.
Where does x25pronto.ch operate?
The base is Wil SG. The focus is on sensible routes in St. Gallen, Thurgau and suitable destinations towards Zurich. The actual route is calculated.
Can businesses book recurring trips?
Yes. Recurring routes and fixed processes can be aligned. Any individual B2B arrangement is agreed separately.
How is payment handled?
When the active payment mode is fully configured, online payment uses Stripe Checkout. Otherwise payment handling must be clarified before the order is accepted.
What packaging is required?
The shipment must be closed, stable, leak-proof and suitable for normal car transport. Fragile contents need adequate protection.
