Document courier Switzerland: important documents

Important papers often need to reach their destination without a normal parcel network. A courier can collect them at the origin. At the destination they are handed over at the stated place.

In brief

Document courier: when does it fit?

Transport does not change or review the contents of documents. x25pronto.ch does not examine contracts or files. Papers should be closed, packed and clearly labelled.

Use a firm envelope or folder. Name a clear contact at the destination. This helps with a smooth handover.

For transport, a clear external handover is what matters. The envelope, folder or container should be closed and clearly assigned to the correct recipient.

If documents are needed for an appointment, the destination contact should be reachable. This helps the folder reach the intended person without unnecessary searching.

Real situations

Real situations: Document courier

These cases show when a small courier run can make sense. Actual acceptance always depends on route, contents and available time.

Contract to a customer

A signed contract is ready at the office. The customer should receive it directly. Packaging, dimensions and handover should be clear before collection.

Papers to a second location

A company sends papers to another office. Both contacts are known in advance. Packaging, dimensions and handover should be clear before collection.

Folder before an appointment

A presentation folder is missing at the destination. It is handed over before the appointment. Packaging, dimensions and handover should be clear before collection.

What matters before the run

What matters before the run

x25pronto.ch is designed for suitable small shipments. Dangerous goods and unclear or strongly regulated contents are not automatically accepted. Acceptance must be clarified in advance when in doubt.

Use a firm envelope or folder. Name a clear contact at the destination. This helps with a smooth handover.

Direct and overnight

Direct and overnight

A direct run uses the real road travel time plus routing reserve and handover time. Pickup and requested delivery must both fit within the same calendar day; otherwise choose an earlier pickup time or Overnight. With Overnight, requested delivery is exclusively on the immediately following calendar day. Only released time windows apply; storage across additional days is not offered. The minimum lead time sets only the first bookable pickup day.

Frequently asked questions

Which shipments suit Document courier?

Small, clean and safely packed shipments. Size, weight and contents must fit the vehicle and acceptance rules.

How do I know whether the time is possible?

Enter origin and destination first. The system calculates the route and then shows only available times that fit the trip.

How is the indicative price calculated?

The indicative price relates to the entered route and selected service. If these details change, the price is calculated again.

Can I choose direct or overnight service?

Yes, when both options are available for the route and timing. The options shown in the booking system are decisive.
