Papers to head office
One site sends a folder to head office. A named person is waiting there. The responsible person at the destination should be known for handover.
Companies do not keep everything in one place. Papers, samples or small parts sometimes need to reach a second site. A courier run can handle this individual route directly.
This is for small shipments, not complete warehouse logistics. Origin and destination must be clear. Handover at both sites should be prepared.
For large sites, state the correct entrance. Adding the internal department can make handover easier.
The sender and recipient should be clearly named between two company locations. This also applies when both addresses belong to the same business.
For documents, samples or small parts, brief internal coordination before booking helps. The origin knows what is ready and the destination knows what will arrive.
These cases show when a small courier run can make sense. Actual acceptance always depends on route, contents and available time.

A direct run uses the real road travel time plus routing reserve and handover time. Pickup and requested delivery must both fit within the same calendar day; otherwise choose an earlier pickup time or Overnight. With Overnight, requested delivery is exclusively on the immediately following calendar day. Only released time windows apply; storage across additional days is not offered. The minimum lead time sets only the first bookable pickup day.
Small, clean and safely packed shipments. Size, weight and contents must fit the vehicle and acceptance rules.
Enter origin and destination first. The system calculates the route and then shows only available times that fit the trip.
